- Solar Alliance Energy ( OTCPK:SAENF ) has entered into an agreement with Research Capital for the private placement offering of up to 25M units at a price of $0.08/Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2M .
- Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Co. and one Common Share purchase warrant of the Co..
- Each Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at an exercise price of $0.12/Warrant Share for a period of 36 months from Closing Date.
- The Company will grant the Agent an option to sell up to an additional 3.75M Units at the Issue Price for additional gross proceeds of up to $0.3M.
- The net proceeds from the Offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
- Closing date on or about August 28, 2023.
