SPRQ - Solar financier Loanpal is said to plan IPO as soon as this year

Loanpal, which provides loans for residential solar installation, is said to be considering and IPO for later this year that could value the company at $10B.The company is working with Goldman Sachs ahead of the potential listing, according to a Bloomberg report.Loanpal, led by two former SolarCity executives, in late January said it received more than $8000m in funding in its first external investment round led by NEA and WestCap Group.Loanpal competitor Sunlight Financial in January announced it would list on NYSE through business combination with Spartan Acquisition (SPRQ).
