Solar and fuel cell shares finished mostly higher today, despite concerns that a key clean energy provision may be stripped from the Democrats $3.5T spending package that seems to be stalling in the U.S. Senate. Among solar related names: JKS +3.1%, DQ +6.4%, ENPH +4.1%, SEDG +2.2%, ARRY +2.8%, SUNW +4.9%. Fuel cell stocks FCEL +18.2%, PLUG +4.3% and BLDP +0.7% performed well too.
