  • Solar power, roofing and EV charging systems company Solar Integrated Roofing ( OTCPK:SIRC ) said on Thursday that it is set to extinguish a $14M promissory note issued to Granite Global Value Investments.
  • Granite Global Value has agreed to cancel the note issued by the company in June 2022 in exchange for 4M shares.
  • "We now have significantly more flexibility to pursue potential strategic transactions or up-list to a senior stock exchange," CEO David Massey said.
