RSF - Some Buy Options For Those Needing To Deploy Capital Shorter-Term

• In this report we look at a few short-term options to add to your account to take advantage of rising NAVs and closing discounts.
• We hunted for higher yielding funds that are trading at wider discounts to NAV and likely to be bought by retail investors.
• Most of these are buy-and-rent or tactical type of options, though we do think AVK can be a long-term holding being cognizant of the risks (risk 4).
• We like AVK, BGH, and RSF for these trades.
• Other options to investigate further include FSD, VCIF and BWG.
