SOHO - Sotherly Hotels reports June and Q2 same-store portfolio metrics

- Sotherly Hotels ( NASDAQ: SOHO ) reports y-o-y increase in occupancy, ADR and RevPar levels for June and 2Q23.
- The same store portfolio metrics includes the Company’s ten wholly-owned properties and excludes participating condominium hotel rooms of the Hyde Resort & Residences and the Hyde Beach House, or the DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh Brownstone.
- June occupancy level is up by 4.1% Y/Y to 70.6%, ADR is of $178.46, up 3.3% Y/Y and RevPar is $124.79, an increase of 7.7% Y/Y.
- Q2 occupancy level is up by 1.5% Y/Y to 70.6%, ADR is of $187.49, up 3.3% Y/Y and RevPar is $131.16, an increase of 5.0% Y/Y.
