South Atlantic Bancshares ( OTCQX:SABK ), parent of South Atlantic Bank notifies a change in the Bank's management team .
Richard N. "Dick" Burch, Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer announced his departure from the organization, effective July 27, 2022.
Mr. Burch has also resigned from the boards of the company and the Bank.
Management of the company and the Bank are performing duties previously performed by the COO, and they do not anticipate hiring a new COO at this time.
