ACTC - SPAC ArcLight Clean Transition in focus as Biden visits Proterra electric bus maker

President Joe Biden earlier visited a Proterra electric bus and battery making facility.  SPAC ArcLight Clean Transition (ACTC) announced in January plans to take Proterra public. Biden was scheduled to take a  "virtual tour" of Proterra factory in South Carolina earlier.ArcLight shares fell 2.5% even with the President's visit and have fallen about 20% this month hurt by global ship shortage and as the Green Tidal Wave fades. Electric vehicle stocks fell yesterday fell yesterday after a fatal Tesla Model S crash.
