FTCV - SPAC Far Peak Acquisition gains after report of deal to take crypto exchange Bullish public at $12B valuation

da-kuk/E+ via Getty Images SPAC Far Peak Acquisition (FPAC) rose 3.1% after a report that the company is in talks to take cryptocurrency exchange Bullish public in a deal that will value the company at as much as $12B. An agreement with Bullish, which is partly back by billionaire Peter Thiel, could come in the next few weeks, according to traders, who cited a Bloomberg report. Far Peak is a SPAC that is backed by former NYSE President Tom Farley. In March, Cryptocurrency exchange eToro (ETORO) announced it was going public via SPAC merger with Betsy Cohen's SPAC Fintech Acquisition V (FTCV) .
