HNRA - SPAC HNR Acquisition affirms intent to buy equity interest of oil/gas company Pogo Resources

- A blank check company HNR Acquisition ( NYSE: HNRA ) on Monday affirms its intent to purchase all equity interests in Dallas-based Pogo Resources, LLC and its subsidiary, LH Operating, LLC.
- Pogo has 100% interest in their only remaining asset which is the operating entity LH Operating LLC. Based in Dallas, Pogo acquires and develops oil and gas assets in the Permian Basin in Texas.
- Earlier this year, HNRA had agreed to purchase all the equity interests in Pogo Resources and two affiliates for $120M, under a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement.
