SPAC Merida Merger (NASDAQ:MCMJ) rose 4.4 % after holders voted to extend date of proposed combination with Leafly to Dec. 31. Almost 13m votes were counted in favor of extension of the deal vs 137K against, according to an 8-K filing. The Leafly website provides a subscription-based platform for more than 7,800 brands and 4,600 paying retail subscribers. Recall Aug. 9, Cannabis marketplace Leafly agrees to go public through SPAC Merida Merger.
