NLIT - SPAC Northern Lights to defer $50M due to Safe Harbor
- SPAC Northern Lights Acquisition ( NASDAQ: NLIT ) said Friday it will defer $50M of the $70M due to Safe Harbor at the closing of their merger .
- The increased deferral will provide NLIT with additional cash to support post-closing activities.
- The merger is now expected to close by Sept. 28.
