ROCC - SPAC Roth Acquisition II gains on report of talks to take Reservoir Media public

SPAC Roth Acquisition II (ROCC) rose 1.8% after a report that it's in talks to take music publisher Reservoir Media public in a deal that will value the combined entity at $700m.Deal terms aren’t finalized and there's a chance a transaction could fall apart, according to a Bloomberg report.Last month, Roth said a filing that in entered into a non-biding letter of intent with a a target company, which it didn't identify.Reservoir Media was founded in 2007 and represents over 130,000 copyrights and 26,000 master recordings from artists including Sheryl Crow, Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars, according to the report.Recall March 3, Roth CH Acquisition prices $100M public offering.
