VANCOUVER, BC – TheNewswire- January 10, 2023 – Sparx Technology Inc. (TSXV:SPRX) (OTC:STCXF) (“ Sparx ” or the “ Company ”) ispleased to provide the voting results from its January 5, 2023 annualgeneral and special general meeting of shareholders (the“ Meeting ”). Shareholders holding a total of37,414,126 common shares were represented in person or by proxy at theMeeting, representing 51.18% of the votes attached to all outstandingcommon shares of the Company as at the record date.
Each of the director nominees, being Kirstine Stewart,Drew Craig and Brian Brady was re-elected as a director of the Companyto serve until the next annual general meeting of shareholders, oruntil his or her successor is otherwise elected or appointed.
In addition, all other matters presented for approvalat the Meeting were duly authorized and approved, including:
