SPI Energy (NASDAQ:SPI) entered into a securities purchase agreement to issue a convertible promissory note of $2.11M to Streeterville Capital, a Utah limited liability company. The 12-month note shall bear annual interest of 10% per annum. All or any portion of the note is convertible into ordinary shares of SPI at a conversion price of $20.00/share. Shares are down 0.8% premarket.
