• In this article, I'm going to initiate coverage on SSE, one of the largest utility companies in the UK. The company's name is really Scottish and Southern Energy.
• SSE is the result of the privatization and processes in two public sector electric supply authorities, and it's currently a listed utility that operates in UK and Ireland.
• I view this company as attractive, with activities in Power Generation/Distribution, natgas production, transportation and distribution, and metering.
