- STAAR Surgical ( NASDAQ: STAA ) has announced the appointment of Warren Foust as chief operating officer.
- Foust was serving as worldwide president for Johnson & Johnson Vision since December 2019. He managed the global surgical business at Johnson & Johnson.
- In addition to this, the company named Magda Michna as chief clinical, regulatory and medical affairs officer. Michna joins STAAR Surgical from AcuFocus, where she served as chief global clinical, medical and regulatory affairs officer.
- Shares of STAAR Surgical ( STAA ) gained over 1% premarket
