HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / April 15, 2020 / Stabilis Energy, Inc. ("Stabilis") (OTCQX:SLNG), a leading integrated provider of small-scale liquefied natural gas ("LNG") production, distribution and fueling services in North America, announced that it will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "2020 Annual Meeting") on September 17, 2020. The time and location of the 2020 Annual Meeting will be specified in a Notice of Annual Meeting and Proxy Statement for the Annual Meeting.

Stockholders of record of Stabilis common stock at the close of business on July 20, 2020 will be entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the 2020 Annual Meeting.
