Staffing 360 Solutions (STAF) has priced its public offering of 4,188,405 common shares at $0.60/share, for gross proceeds of ~$2.5M.Underwriter's over-allotment is an additional 628,260 shares. Net proceeds will be used to redeem a portion of its outstanding note due September 30, 2022 and Series E Preferred Stock. H.C.
