STAF - Staffing 360 Solutions to raise $4M in direct stock offering
- Staffing 360 Solutions ( NASDAQ: STAF ) announced Friday the direct stock offering of 657,858 shares and accompanying warrants at a combined price of $6.10 each for the gross proceeds of ~$4M.
- The warrants have an exercise price of $5.85 per share, will be immediately exercisable, and will expire five and one-half years from the date of issuance.
- The company said it intends to use the net proceeds for general working capital purposes.
- Closing of the offering is expected on July 6, 2022.
