Staffing 360 Solutions ([[STAF]] +2.0%) inks agreement with several institutional investor for the purchase and sale of ~2.66M shares at a purchase price of $0.655/share in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market.Expected gross proceeds are ~$1.74M.Net proceeds of ~75% will be used to redeem a portion of its outstanding note due September 30, 2022, and 25% of the net proceeds from this offering to redeem a portion of its Series E Preferred Stock.The offering is expected to close on or about January 4, 2021.
