• In fiscal first quarter 2023, the Company expects revenue and operating margin to be similar to fiscal fourth quarter 2022, with an increase in revenue and operating margin year-over-year. The Company expects that the Electronics segment will be the primary revenue driver with a moderate increase compared to fiscal fourth quarter 2022.  This will be partially offset by the Engineering Technologies segment which is expected to have a moderate to significant decrease in revenue followed by a significant increase in fiscal second quarter 2023 due to project timing.
