StoneMor (STON) rose 13% after a filing showed that Axar Capital Management isn't allowed to purchase more shares of the funeral company after it previously tried to acquire the company.Axar Capital now has a 75% stake in StoneMor, according to a 13D filing.Axar Capital was hit with a lawsuit in December that claimed it tried to use Covid "as an excuse" to take StoneMor private "at a bargain price," according to a Bloomberg report.Last month, StoneMor inked an asset purchase agreement to acquire four cemeteries.
