In my insatiable quest to find deep-value REITs I decided it was time for me to examine shares in Summit Hotel Properties (INN). You may recall that I wrote my first article on the company back in January 2018 and concluded:
Without any hesitation, I am initiating a buy and also adding this little gem to my Durable Income Portfolio.
That was almost a year ago, and as viewed below, INN has plummeted. Shares have declined by more than 28% year-to-date:
