Summit Hotel Properties (INN) announced that Dan Hansen, Chairman, President and CEO will transition to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors effective January 15, 2021.Summit has elected Jonathan Stanner, current EVP, CFO and Treasurer, to become President and CEO and a member of the Board effective Jan. 15, 2021.Most recently, Mr. Stanner held various roles at Strategic Hotels & Resorts , the formerly publicly traded lodging REIT and affiliate of Blackstone Real Estate Partners.A comprehensive search process to identify a new CFO is underway.
