SUM - Summit Materials names Scott Anderson EVP and CFO

Summit Materials ( NYSE: SUM ) said Wednesday the company the appointed Scott Anderson as its new EVP and CFO, effective March 1, 2023.
Anderson will be taking over for Brian Harris, who has served as Summit's CFO since 2013.
Harris will take on a non-executive role until his retirement date later this year and then will move into an advisory role through the end of 2024 to ensure a smooth transition.
