SLGG - Super League Gaming files for resale of 7.4M shares by selling stockholders

Super League Gaming Inc.
Super League Gaming (NASDAQ:SLGG) on Tuesday filed for resale of up to ~7.4M newly issued shares by selling stockholders. The shares are issuable on conversion of certain convertible notes held by the selling shareholders. On May 16, SLGG inked a securities purchase deal with the selling stockholders for the sale and issue of $4.3M of a new series of convertible notes. Each note will accrue interest at a guaranteed annual rate of 9% per annum and mature 12 months from the date of issue. Net proceeds to SLGG from the note offering were ~$3.9M, which will be used for general corporate purposes.
