Supernova Partners Acquisition Company (SPNV) has priced its upsized initial public offering of 35M units at $10/unit. The units will begin trading today on the New York Stock Exchange.Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant, each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one share of Class A common stock at $11.50.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 5.25M units.SPAC aims to combine with  a tech-enabled business valued at between $1B and $5B.
