SUMXF - Supremex to buy back 1.3M shares through NCIB

Supremex ( OTCPK:SUMXF ) said Monday it will buy back up to 1.3M shares through a normal course issuer bid, representing ~5% of its 26M issued and outstanding shares as of Aug. 18.
Purchases under the NCIB will be made over 12 months, starting Aug. 31 and ending on Aug. 30, 2023.
All shares purchased under the NCIB will be cancelled.
SUMXF can purchase up to 9.8K shares on any trading day, representing 25% of such average daily trading volume.
