Suro Capital (NASDAQ:SSSS) prices its public debt offering announced earlier today. The company says it will issue $70M principal amount of its 6.00% notes due 2026. In addition, the underwriters have been granted an over-allotment option to purchase an additional $10.5M of notes. Net proceeds will be used to make investments in portfolio companies in accordance with its investment objective and strategies, and for general corporate purposes, report.
