SSSS - SuRo Capital provides net asset value estimate for 2022 stock gains 4%

• SuRo Capital ( NASDAQ: SSSS ) said Tuesday it expects net asset value per share at the end of 2022 to be ~$7.15-$7.65, sending its shares 4.4% higher.
• The preliminary estimate given is unaudited and actual results may differ materially.
• During Q4, SuRo ( SSSS ) completed a $10M primary investment in Locus Robotics, which makes automated warehouse robots.
• As of December 31, SuRo ( SSSS ) held positions in 39 portfolio companies, of which 33 are privately held. Some may be subject to lock-up provisions.
• The firm will release its Q4 results in March.
