SSSS - SuRo Capital to raise capital through unsecured notes offering

SuRo Capital (NASDAQ:SSSS) commenced an underwritten offering of unsecured notes; interest rate and other terms will be determined at the time of offer pricing. Underwriters will be granted 30-day option to purchase additional notes. It has submitted an application for the notes to be listed and trade on Nasdaq under the symbol, "SSSSL"; company expects the notes to commence trading within 30 days from the original issue date. Net proceeds to be used for making investments in portfolio companies and for general corporate purposes.
