- In September 2022, Mr. Staggs was promoted to the position of President and interim Chief Executive Officer.
- Effective January 1, 2023, Mr. Staggs holds the titles of President and Chief Executive Officer of SWK Holdings.
- Mr. Staggs elevated from "interim" to "permanent" CEO as SWK advances multiple initiatives in 2023.
- Additionally, SWK has appointed Laurie Dotter as Chair of the board. Ms. Dotter joined the board as an independent director in February 2022 and serves on the compensation, audit, and governance committees.
