  • SWK ( NASDAQ: SWKH ) said Wednesday it amended its credit facility to increase it to $35M, with a $15M accordion feature that provides for expansion of the facility up to $50M.
  • The facility will bear interest at a rate of SOFR plus 2.65% and will mature on Sept. 30, 2025.
