SYNH - Syneos Health names interim CFO

• Contract research organization Syneos Health ( NASDAQ: SYNH ) announced Thursday the appointment of Stanford (Ben) Rudnick as the company's Interim Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer, effective tomorrow.
• Rudnick served as Syneos' ( SYNH ) Executive Vice President since April 2022, overseeing the firm's global finance, corporate development, and strategy operations.
• The appointment comes as the company continues its search for a permanent CFO, Syneos ( SYNH ) said in a regulatory filing.
• In January, Syneos ( SYNH ) announced that current CFO Jason Meggs would leave his role to pursue other career opportunities effective Mar. 31 and that the company started an executive search to find his replacement.
