TAAL Distributed Information Technologies (TAALF) appoints Chris Naprawa as a new president and says Stefan Matthews, the chairman of the board, has been named chief executive officer of the company, effective Oct. 12, 2020.Whereas, the former CEO Jerry Chan has been named chief product officer, where he will drive TAAL's product vision and commercial capabilities, through his deep understanding of bitcoin.In his new role as executive chairman and CEO, Matthews will relocate and work from the company's Zug, Switzerland offices, oversee the team, and lead TAAL through its next stage of development. Naprawa brings in institutional capital markets and start-up technology experience to the company and is currently chairman of Khiron Life Sciences. Previously, Naprawa has served at Primary Capital and STARTcast Solutions.
