TANH - Tantech notified of non-compliance related to minimum bid requirements

The Nasdaq notified Tantech (NASDAQ:TANH) that it is currently not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. The notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the shares. The company has  a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until Oct.25, 2022 to regain compliance with minimum bid price requirement. If it does not regain compliance within stipulated time, it will be granted additional 180 calendar day grace period. Shares trading 2% higher premarket.
