TARO - Taro Completes Acquisition of Alchemee
Taro Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NYSE: TARO) (“Taro”) today announced the completion of its acquisition of Alchemee, formerly The Proactiv Company (TPC), from Galderma. The acquisition includes Alchemee’s business and assets worldwide, including the Proactiv ® brand.
