TRNF - Taronis CFO resigns following suspension on 'multiple alleged breaches'

Taronis Fuels ([[TRNF]] +3.1%) says that Mary Pat Thompson, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and a member of the company's board was suspended indefinitely from her positions as CFO and Treasurer "pending the resolution of a currently ongoing investigation into multiple alleged breaches of her fiduciary duties to the Company and its stockholders and violations of her obligations as an officer and director of the Company."
