Tarsus Pharmaceuticals ( NASDAQ: TARS ) has proposed to raise $100 million through an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock, the company said Monday.

The underwriters of the proposed offering have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15 million in shares.

All shares in the proposed offering are to be sold by Tarsus.

The pricing terms and the number of shares to be offered were not disclosed.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Guggenheim Securities, LLC and Oppenheimer & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
