TE Connectivity Ltd. New Switzerland Registered Shares
TE Connectivity ( NYSE: TEL ) said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tyco Electronics Group has priced an offering of $500M aggregate principal amount of its 4.500% senior notes due 2026.
The senior notes due 2026 will be issued at a price of 99.811% and will have a stated interest rate of 4.500% per year, payable semi-annually.
Net proceeds of this offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of outstanding debt.
