F - Tech Is Soaring Contrary To Conventional Wisdom I Have More Contrarian Calls And My Buy List

• Conventional wisdom is often wrong. It pays to consider a contrarian view before you follow convention.
• A big assumption is that the 10-year is soaring because of inflation making tech a bad investment. If fact the 10-year has been below its high since March.
• Oil is going to $100 per barrel. I am not convinced. For one, October is usually when Oil begins to fall. Also Frackers are starting to drill bringing more supply.
• Prices are high permanently, and inflation is here to stay. Yet the second largest economy - China is in trouble with internal consumption and manufacturing because of rolling blackouts and economic dislocations.
