EQNR - TechnipFMC wins $1B-plus contract from Equinor for work offshore Brazil

TechnipFMC ( NYSE: FTI ) said Thursday it was awarded a major contract for an integrated engineering, procurement, construction and installation project by Equinor ( EQNR ) for work at the BM-C-33 oil field offshore Brazil; TechnipFMC considers a "major" contract as more than $1B.

TechnipFMC ( FTI ) said the contract covers the entire subsea system, including Subsea 2.0 tree systems, manifolds, jumpers, risers and flowlines, umbilicals, pipeline end terminations, subsea distribution and topside control equipment, and installation.

Last week , the company won a contract with Exxon to supply the subsea production system for the Uaru project offshore Guyana.
