• Medical technology company TELA Bio ( NASDAQ: TELA ) has closed an underwritten public offering of 4.6M shares at $8.00 per share for gross proceeds of $36.8M.
• The offering includes 600K shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriter's option to purchase additional shares.
• The net proceeds are intended to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, including but not limited to research and development costs, manufacturing costs, the acquisition or licensing of other businesses, products or product candidates, working capital and capital expenditures.
• Lake Street Capital Markets was sole book-running manager.
