Telia Company AB (TLSNF) Q3 highlights:Revenue rose 2% y/y to SEK21.53B, Service revenues grew 2.2% Y/Y to SEK18.73B.Adjusted EBITDA fell 0.2% to SEK8.21B, adjusted EBITDA margin fell to 38.1% vs. 39% year-ago.Operational FCF (continuing activities) fell 21.3% to SEK3.73B.On Oct. 6, Board decided to propose to pay an additional dividend of SEK0.65/share, subject to approval.After the end of Q3, an agreement was signed to divest the Telia Carrier business for a value of SEK9.45B on a cash- and debt-free basis.Outlook for 2020: Reiterate operational FCF in the range of SEK9.5-10.5B.
