Pointer Telocation (PNTR) shares have simply not priced in three quarters of beating earnings expectations nor the likelihood of growth returning to the company, and they are underpriced, in our view.

Pointer Telocation is an Israeli telematics provider that sells both hardware and software, with the latter taking up the bulk of revenues.
