Shareholders of Tenneco (NYSE:TEN) approved pending acquisition by affiliates of Apollo Global Management (APO) at annual meeting held earlier today. The transaction was unanimously approved by company's board of directors. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2022. The deal was announced in February 2022 at an enterprise valuation of approximately $7.1B, inclusive of debt.
