TPL - Texas Pacific Land Trust plans to distribute stock on Jan. 11

In connection with its conversion into a corporation, the Texas Pacific Land Trust (TPL) expects to distribute all of its TPL Corporation common stock to holders of sub-share certificates of proprietary interest of the trust on Jan. 11, 2021.The shares of common stock will be distributed to holders of sub-share certificates on a one-for-one basis.The trading of sub-share certificates on the New York Stock Exchange will cease prior to the market opening and TPL Corporation common stock will begin trading on the NYSE on the same date under the symbol “TPL,” and the sub-share certificates will be cancelled.Previously (Sept. 14): Texas Pacific Land extends time frame for reorganization
