TFFP - TFF Pharmaceuticals prices 2.86M capital raise

TFF Pharmaceuticals (TFFP) announces that it has priced an underwritten offering of 2.86M shares at an offering price of $14/share.Shares down more than 7% premarket.Intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.The offering consists of 2.14M shares to be sold by TFF and 715K shares to be sold by Lung Therapeutics.Expects gross proceeds to be about $40M of which nearly $10M will be received by Lung. TFFP expects to close the offering on or about March 30, 2021.
