AZEK - The AZEK Company names Peter Clifford as SVP CFO

U.S. manufacturer of outdoor living products The AZEK Company (AZEK) has appointed Peter Clifford as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 16, 2021.Clifford, formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of Cantel Medical (CMD), will replace Ralph Nicoletti, who is retiring from the firm. Nicoletti will work in a consulting capacity through September 30, 2021.In the new role, Clifford will oversee corporate development, information technology, investor relations, treasury, accounting and finance functions.
